Your Privacy Rights

This addendum supplements our Privacy Policy. It describes rights available to residents of certain U.S. states and how to exercise them. We honor valid requests regardless of your state when feasible.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may have the right to:

• Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, or share.
• Delete personal information, subject to legal exemptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt Out of Sale/Sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Non-Discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests. Authorized agents may submit requests with appropriate documentation.

Texas (TDPSA) & Florida (FDBR)

We aim to align with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and Florida Digital Bill of Rights. Where applicable, residents may request:

• Access, deletion, and correction of personal information
• Opt-out of targeted advertising or profiling where used

Use the same contact methods above. We will honor qualifying requests as required by law.

Oklahoma

Oklahoma currently has limited comprehensive privacy provisions. We still welcome access, deletion, or correction requests as a matter of policy.

Appeals

If we decline your request (e.g., cannot verify identity or an exemption applies), you may appeal by replying to our decision email or emailing contact@pothoshealth.com with the subject "Privacy Request Appeal."

Children's Information

Our services and site are not directed to children under 13. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, contact us immediately.
